Established in 2001, the Be A Champion Program has grown into a dynamic non-profit organization, The Be A Champion Foundation. Our mission is to enhance the quality of community life by inspiring under-privileged youth to “Be A Champion” in the way they interact and interface with their peers and family members; in the classroom; throughout their communities; and on and off the athletic field, while encouraging them to set high expectations for themselves, and excellent examples for their fellow youth.

Each program effort is a collaboration with individuals and families, community organizations, schools and the private sector to help prepare our youth to face challenges and overcome obstacles they may face in the future.
