Proceeds from the Be A Champion Foundation’s fundraising campaign for Education will support several distinct goals:

• Schools In Need Program – provides local Middle School Teachers with vouchers to supplement educational supplies and materials in their classrooms. With budget cutbacks at every level, “Schools In Need”, along with the support of local corporate partners will serve as a beacon for how we can help our Educators continue to provide the proper tools to help our youth succeed in the classroom. Your support can make a difference!


• Community Scholarship Program – this is a supplemental scholarship program (books and supplies) that offers two scholarships per chapter location, at the beginning of each school year. Twenty (20%) of the net proceeds of each fundraising items goes directly to fund these scholarships. Your Support will make a difference!


• 40 Chapters in 40 Cities Across America – the Foundation’s goal is to reach as many deserving youth as possible. The campaign ensures program expansion and sustainability for each new Chapter, and Your support is the difference.

While the campaign targets youth that are at-risk in communities considered underserved, it creates effective partnerships between community-based organizations, corporations, and the educational community.

Additional programs the fundraising campaign benefits include The Be A Championtm Leadership Academy; Reading For Successtm Reading Literacy Program; Role Model Experience Program (RME); Computer Education & Performing Arts (CAPS); and the Be A Championtm Health & Education Program.
